Much better unit than American Tankless company, AH-27 top of the line unit which does not heat water, refuses to answer phone calls, returns certified mail unopened, and sends broken pieces.

We live in a small trailer, and this is just the thing for us. Before we had a water heater that only held 15 Gallons. That makes for 1 load of dishes, or one 10 minute hot shower. You can imagine my delight to have endless hot water. The only downfall we found is that we had to replace the breaker to the trailer because if we ran anything with the tankless, it would flip the breaker because our previous one was too small. But no big deal, and we're still lovin it!!!!!

This is the 2nd Stiebel tankless hot water heater I have purchased. The first was for my home and the 2nd for my carriage house. Before buying Stiebel hot water heaters, I purchased a different brand -- AND had a terrible experience. Stiebel is definitely the way to go if you need an electric tankless hot water heater. And I've had no problems with the Distributor. During the 1st purchase, the sales person on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
