"Do not purchace this product." 2009-01-19
By Tom Bradrick
I have to eat this one because Crogan will not accept a return, which by the way, I could not find anywhere in writing. For that reason alone I would not purchase any product from this supplier. I had very realistic expectations for this little heater. All I wanted was warm water to wash my hands and face in a small sink. Even with the low flow aerator this product was unacceptable and I immediately removed it. Please note that the owner of Crogan has put in a review--which is not true.

"Unrealistic expectations" 2008-10-04

This is a SUPER product. Do your homework to determine if it will create enough hot water for your needs. If not, there are other alternatives available. Do not purchase simply for price, you will probably be disappointed.

"Very "Mini" Water Heater" 2008-06-22
By Maxwell Hammer (Seattle)
I wanted a mini water heater in my remodeled bathroom. After having it professionally installed, the plumber told me that he thinks the until is working, but....there is no hot water coming out of the faucet. I called the company and told them the unit clicks on but no hot water. They told me i must use the .65 per minute water flow limiter that comes with the unit. I didn't see one when i opened the box, so i went around looking in three different places for a water limiter of .65. Most people laughed when I told them what i wanted, saying that amount would barely wash your hands at that low of a flow rate and mixing it with cold water might make it feel instantly cool. It seems that this unit is a waste of money. Perhaps a mini water tank would be a better purchase.

"Ordered 220 V" 2008-05-08
By Richard L. Baljet (Curacao N.A.)
I ordered a 220 V for the caribbean but amazone's plumber send me a 110 volt unit. So i'm not happy. The problem to send it back for the good one is bigger then the loss.
