THESE SHOWER HEADS ARE USED IN 80 % OF ALL HOUSEHOLDS IN BRAZIL AND THEY WORK GREAT. OPERATES ON 220 -230 VOLTS 3000 WATTS AT 15 AMPS.
YOU ONLY NEED A 12 AWG WIRE FROM THE FUSE BOX TO YOUR SHOWER AREA.
YOU WILL NEVER RUN OUT OF HOT WATER. EVERYONE GETS A HOT SHOWER.

CAN THE SHOWER-HEAD WHICH COMES WITH/ON THIS WATER-HEATER UNIT, BE SWITCHED/REPLACED WITH ANOTHER (STANDARD / COMMONLY AVAILABLE) SHOWER-HEAD?
OR, IS THE HEAD THAT'S ALREADY ON THIS UNIT, A PERMINENT/UNIQUE PART OF IT (AND THUS UNREPLACABLE)?
ANSWER
The answer is that you can remove the "showerhead" (THE SHOWERHEAD IS THE BLACK PART IN THE PICTURE) and change it to another Standard 1/2" inlet shower head.
You can also install the electric part of showerhead concealed somewhere else * and run a Pex or PVC or Copper line from the male 1/2" outlet to the new standard outlet., this will make a slick installation.
* As long as this place is after the open / close fixture and above the shower outlet.
